Non-Metallic Covert Zirconia Ceramic Razor Blade (Wear-Resistant / Non-Dulling Cutting Edge Blade)I have spent the past couple of months trying to decide on what would be a decent tactical blade for me, I needed a small blade and that could help me out in a pinch. I really considered SOG's micron 2 and several other blades however this blade turned out to be perfect, despite some of the things I was a little unaware of. Some of the things I was unaware, before I bought the blade is actually how small 30mm x 10mm really is. Even though this blade looks rather small it cut through every box I had and through various other material with ease. I am actually confident that if I need to open a box, letter or even cut a pair of plastic handcuffs, I will be prepared. One thing that came to mind was to see if airport security would detect these types of blades, however upon further thought of walking into a plane with any type of blade I decided that would not be such a great idea. (although to be fair I don't think the metal detects would sense it, I know their x ray scanners can detect it, seeing as how this blade must be made of a very dense material to be "non-dulling").
